She is supposedly dating some papparazzi dude and she, the pappazzo dude and the kids spent NYE together..

Britney Spears and her boys rang in the new year with a quiet night away from LA and the club scene. While that's far better than last year when she passed out while hosting a party in Vegas, it wouldn't be Britney without a little questionable behavior. Also joining the pop star and her boys was Adnan Ghalib, the married paparazzo that Britney recently befriended. Ugh, he seems a bit sleazy, but it's better than being out partying.

She probably thinks he's her friend, meanwhile he's just taking tons of pics of her and the kids and going to make a fortune off them and retire next weeK!
