queens apartments?

DH and I are looking for an apt. in queens, preferably in the bayside, little neck, forest hills areas. our requirements include small dogs, washer dryer on premises, relatively updated, and parking. does anyone recommend any developments or know of anything available???? TIA!

Did you try calling a Real Estate Agent in the area? A Friend of mine was looking in the same area on her own and really did not hit on anything, so she called an Agent and found an apartment in Bayside the same day.

I found my second one on craigs list

the first one I paid an agent $2500 for and it was a diaster- the kicked out all the renters to sell the apartments - horrible- but I hated it anyway

I prefer not to pay a fee - it's insane what they charge for 15 minutes worth of work

and my Dad was a real estate agent

DH and i were looking in essentially the same areas a while back and just went through NYT to find what realtors had the type of places we dug. Are you looking to buy or rent?

try Glen oaks Village. not even 5 min from bayside. Amazing place to live

You might want to include Douglaston in your search... convenient train station, most of the buildings we looked @ allowed pets, and they have redone a fair bit of the units. Worth checking out...
