I haven't been a student there for quite some time, but I would say a zero percent chance!  Anyway, it's all supposed to turn to rain early afternoon.

I'm an evening student and I pay for campus parking, so, for me parking isn't so bad. But, yeah, parking is a b**** if you don't have those options.
