Question about CBEFM/temping

Question about CBEFM/temping
So this morning I woke up at 6:30, went to the bathroom and there was AF as you already know from my earlier post. Anyway, I obviously couldnt temp because I moved around and I didnt set the monitor for CD1. I was thinking that I would do it tomorrow since this morning it was very, very light. Should I have set it to CD1? I can make tomorrow CD2 if I have to. AF is still relatively light but by tomorrow it will probably be heavier. Its also my 2nd month off the pill so I really dont know if its going to stay light like this or get heavier. Anyway, so my question is CD1 or CD2 tomorrow? I would start temping tomorrow and that would be CD1? TIA!

You can set tomorrow as CD 2 just hold the "M" button. CD 1 should be your first day of real flow. You can start temping tomorrow and count it as CD2 (you just happened to skip temping on CD1- it's ok).
