Question about changing homeowners insurance when the mortgage company pays the ins. company
I want to start getting quotes for homeowner and car insurance because we have thankfully not had any claims except a new windshield and I think we might be getting ripped off.
How do you change insurance companies when the ins. is paid through your mortgage?

I think my new homeowners' ins carrier took care of all of it -- just needed to fax some paperwork to my mortgage holder.
