Question about chicken...
I bought chicken in the grocery store Thursday evening. When I got home, I put it in the fridge with intentions of cooking it Friday. But DH decided he wanted to eat out, so I was going to cook it yesterday, but DH was caught up at work, and wasn't home 4 dinner, so I didn't cook. He wont be home again tonight (and I am tending to our 1 month old DS) and I am not cooking.
Will the chicken still be good to cook/eat tomorrow? It's been in the fridge.

I am easily skeeved by chicken (although I love eating it) but I wouldn't keep it past 2 or 3 days. I would chuck it.
