Question about chocolate and ttc/preganacy.
We are in the process of TTC. While most people love to drink coffee, I love drinking chocolate milk. I am in the process of cutting down my craving. How much chocolate can I have a day while ttc and preganacy? Thank you so much in advance!!!

When my cousin was PG, her doctor told her she could have one cup of hot chocolate a day (I'm assuming it's about the same caffeine as chocolate milk).

Chocolate has a very small amount of caffeine - and thats a chocolate bar.
I have been drinking chocolate milk about once a week, no problems. I cut out other forms of caffeine in the first trimester - like in soda, but I just couldn't stop eating chocolate!
I wouldn't worry about it at all while TTC and if you are concerned, talk tto your doctor about it during pregnancy.

I agree. Chocolate has a very minimal amount of caffeine (I think dark chocolate has more caffeine than milk chocolate).
