Question about Choosing a Pediatrician
A very good friend of mine recommended her practice that she uses for her three children. It is close by and she has been happy with the care she has received for all three of her children. I am definitely interested in using her practice. What do I need to do? Can I call and make an appointment to meet with the doctor? How do they officially become your pediatrician before the baby is born? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would call the practice to see if they're accepting new patients, take your insurance and if the doctor(s) have privilege at the hospital you are delivering at. If YES to all those questions, then ask for a consultation appointment to interview the doctor(s) and tour of the practice.
