Question about colors....
can i wear a brown tank (with a black cardigan over it) and black pants? forgot about the rule for black and brown or if there is a rule for black and brown! i love bronw and it seems that i don't wear it alot since i always wear black pants thanks!

not really a rule about this, but its something i have a hard time doing, kind of anal about it, but some people can pull it off
