Question about coming off BCP
Did any of you that came off BCP start breaking out after coming off of it? This is my first month off and I have some HUGE pimples! I was on BCP for 13 years so it may be an issue. Just wanted to see if it was an issue for anyone else!

YES!  I came off in April and sice then I wake up with something new on my face every day. I feel like I'm 13 again.

I've had breakouts, nasty mood swings (apparently my BCP regulated my hormone levels ), and I've had cramps worse than I've ever had them in my life. I, too, was on BCP for an extended period of time (12 years), and oh BOY do I feel differently.
I'm at the point now where either a. I want to get pregnant NOW, or b. maybe I should go back on. DH and I are going to start trying in February, so I know I'll just have to stick this out the next couple of months. AHHHHHH!

ME! I went off in June and have had breakouts ever since. My face is finally starting to cooperate. So frustrating
