Quick Question- Woman is coming to my apt in a few min
to interview for a cleaning person job. I found her through an ad, not an agency. What kinds of questions do I ask her?

what sort of thigns are covered in her regular cleaning?
do they move items that are on surfaces when dusting?
will they dust items on display on a table or dresser?
do they supply cleaning products or do you?
are they licensed and bonded?
do they have some services they will do periodically --- like blinds, cleaning molding, etcc...

we hired a woman through an ad in the local paper.
i asked the OP's questions.
i got her name and phone number.
u're paying her cash--off the books, so i dont think u'll need her SS and address.
also, look at her appearance--is she clean, and dressed nicely and clean?
