Question about coworkers...
If you were to take a week off from work because of the flu, without pay and its ok with your boss....do your coworkers give you a hard time when you go back for being out?

And to add to this, I would rather they stay home for the week, than come in and get the rest of us sick!

Only because they'd have to deal with my boss. I still remember how thrilled everyone was here when I got back from maternity leave.

yes.
They would not believe me that I was really sick, unless I looked like CR@P when I came back.
They would be pissy and bi-atchy because being out for a week would make things twice as hard on them.

Here too. But maybe that's the mentality in my office because so many people abuse our sick time.
