Question about doctors appointments
At what week did you go to your first doctor's appointment. And did they do a sonogram at that time? According to my LMP im 4 weeks when do you think i should make that appointment? Sorry for all the questions!

my dr wouldn't see me until 6wks, some dr's are 8wks. But i would call now and just make the appt.

My first app't was 1 week after my missed period and the positive hpt. They took there own urine test to confirm, gave me vitamins and next app't for internal sonogram was at my 7/ 8 week mark and then it has been 1x a month since then. 3 sonograms so far and I am 6 months preg.

My first appt was at 8 weeks. They took blood and they did a sonogram. You should call and make an appointment.

Most doctors will not see you until you are 8 weeks or even further along..
I was seen at 6 weeks but that was mainly due to my miscarriage history, they wanted to be sure the pregnancy was viable and I needed to be more closely monitored (every 2 weeks) in the first trimester..
I would call and ask when the doctor will see you, if nothing else they'll make an appointment for you so you're all set.. but don't be worried if you have to wait a month or so..

I was seen at 5 weeks because I was high risk for an ectopic pregnancy, otherwise he wouldn't see me until 8 weeks.

I first saw the doctor at 8 weeks. I didn't have a sonogram until 10 weeks.

My Dr. won't see you til 7 or 8 wks. I went at 8wks and had an internal sono and got to see the heartbeat.
