Question about FMU and HPT
Ok so hopefully AF doesnt show and i can start testing by thur or fri
Whats the importance of FMU? My concern is that im usually up once or twice during the night to pee and my FMU is probably only 2 hours from the last time i went.
Is there an amount of hours that i should hold it?

my line was darker in the afternoon - the next morning it was actually a little lighter - i think bc i get up so many times.

As long as you're not drinking during the night and the urine is dark when you wake up that should be fine. Otherwise do what I did - test at 4:00am because you knew that counted too

As long as you're not drinking during the night and the urine is dark when you wake up that should be fine. Otherwise do what I did - test at 4:00am because you knew that counted too
I do drink during the night - i keep a big glass of water that i usually finish by time the night is done lol
