Question about Gummi Crib Rail

The Gummi Crib Rail from One Step Ahead, once you put it on, can you take it off of the crib easily, or is it a pain to get off? I would definitely want to take it off after he gets through this stage, but don't want to ruin the crib. Does it leave a mark?

Re: Question about Gummi Crib Rail

my daughter started ripping it off with her teeth and got a big part of it up so I took it off right away. It damaged the wood all the way across. With the next baby, I'll just put another one over it.
