question about how long cut bananas last

I want to make these for my boys' preschool class for Monday (AM) When do you think I can make them? Can I do tomorrow night, or should I make them Monday morning? They are nilla wafers, banana, fluff and sprinkles.

Thanks

those look soooooo good!

I would think since the banana is mashed with the fluff- it would be ok. But banana does brown... so if you were to make them the night before, maybe you can keep them in the fridge and maybe they'd be fine that way.

Doesn't last long, I'd do it that day

Bananas turn brown very quickly I would make them as close to when you plan to serve them as possible.
