Can someone tell me if it is a safe train station at night- asking for a family member- also, what station would you use for Melville?

Its not the greatest area, what time are we talking? Would someone be picking this person up? If they were just getting off the train and into someone's car or a taxi, it is fine. But I wouldn't want to be walking in the parking garages alone at night.

I grew up using that station and coming home at all hours of the night and many times alone. I have never had a problem.
If you really are nervous about the station though Farmingdale is probably the closest

Do you need a sticker to park there and how do you get one? How do you go about it? TIA!

No idea. I know for Huntington you have to show proof of residence at Town Hall.
I grew up there, never used Farmingdale station
