Question about mortgage brokers - to use one or not?
I'm selling my 2nd home and hoping to actual sell it and buy my 3rd home. We've always used a mortgage broker, but when I spoke to my RE attorney about something else (he's a new one) he mentioned that if we have good credit (which we do) not to use a mortgage broker.
Thoughts? Did anyone NOT use one? What's the pros/cons?

there are very few "brokers" left
I would use a direct lender or a bank
