Question about nausea-a little nervous

I am one day shy of seven weeks and this week I started getting nausea pretty bad but never threw up. Tuesday was the worst - really bad on and off all day. Wed - just in morning and night. Thurs. - morning and night and one wave in afternoon. But yesterday - just a little in the morning and then i felt great all day and night. And all night fine. Today, woke up and no nausea. I am nervous. Should I be worried that it went away for the past 24 hours and I am feeling ok?

Nah- I was slightly queasy for awhile my first few weeks, but then it went away and I felt fine (although I admit, it was unnerving to lose that symptom).

I was totally not nauseous through most of my first trimester- and the baby is fine.....

agreed. it's nervewracking to have a symptom-free pregnancy because at least if you're puking your guts out, you know you are still pregnant. my boobs weren't even sore!

Take it from someone who lost 13 pounds from m/s - those 24 hrs are a blessing - PLUS - you think its gone... but its not... it may just come back with a vengeance - I had it so bad, that if I went thru half the day not throwing up, I was nervous....

Be happy and take advantage of the days you don't feel sick!

I used to worry the days i felt fine, then when i felt sick, i would curse myself for not doing more and wishing i was sick!.

Re: Question about nausea-a little nervous

Thanks ladies for all the reassurance. It definitely made me feel better!

I am still queasy on and off most days and completely repulsed by most foods but much less nauseated. It's all for a good cause though for sure Chat Icon
