Question about OPK.
So confused. Please help.
An opk will tell you when you are about to Ovulate, even if
your body won't release the egg?

My understanding is that you may get a surge (+ OPK) because your body is preparing to release the egg, but then for one reason or another, it fails to do so. HTH
