Question about OPT??
I went out and bought one, to start figuring out my cycle better. Last night, I had small pains in my left side. The same pain I get every month, when I figured I was Ovulating. The pains are really early this month, and went away by the morning time. (I work overnights, so I felt them through out the night). I took a test this morning and I got a negative. I bought walgreens brand test. If I was ovulating that day, I would of got a positive, right? I took a test this morning, and when I woke up in the afternoon. The color was darker is the morning, but according to the test, it was still a negative. Anyone have any thoughts?

According to what I have read, you are suppose to take the OPK test anywhere from 10am until 8PM & most women's have the best urine for testing for OPK after 12. You should also hold off from urinating for 4 hours prior!
If you were indeed ovulating, you would not get the +OPK as your surge is detected 24-48 hours before you ovulate. Did you see any EWCM????

Yeah, I just read that there is only a 5% accruacy rate on the day you Ovulate and a 0% on the day after. So, I guess that means I could of ovulated yesturday. I was really early this month, only 9 days after the start of AF. I did see a bit of EWCM. Maybe this is why the line was darker this morning, then in the afternoon.
