question about parking tickets
So I rec'd a parking ticket for double parking back in May.
I sent in a letter stating not guilty along with a statement as to why.
They offered me a reduction in the fine, which I will probably will take..
my question is... the name on the letter has my MAIDEN name on it. Does this qualify as an error?
I know it's a stupid question and probably will not.. but it doesn't hurt to try, right?
I have legally had my name changed since September.

As long as they have the right license plate # you have to pay.

I would check out parkingticket.com
They have tons of info there. They helped Dh beat many tickets whenhe worked in the City.

Is your maiden name on your license and registration? then it isn't an error.
If it is no points and a fee reduction, I would just take it honestly.
