Question about Philadelphia
So my husband, DH, and I need to go to an appointment in Philadelphia. We will be staying overnight and the hotels in Philadelphia area seem pricey. We are thinking about staiyng in a hotel outside of Philadelphia.
Can anyone recommend any nice towns outside of Philadelphia that are no more than about 20 minutes away?

My DH has family in Philly and we usually stay in Bensalem, PA.

i grew up in that area.... maybe try looking into hotels in cherry hill or mt. laurel, NJ.... on rts. 70 or 73. they are about 20, 30 minutes away and probably cheaper than hotels in the city.
there are a few in mt. laurel that are also right near the NJ turnpike, which might be a good way for you to get back to LI...
