Question about preparing baby food
I just baked sweet potatoes for DD. I took the jackets off and cut up in chunks. I'd normally puree them now, but DD is sleeping and I don't want to turn on my noisy food processor (she is the lightest sleeper—even with a sound machine). Can I put them in the fridge as is and puree in the morning?

Re: Question about preparing baby food
Sure! It's fine in the fridge for three days.

Re: Question about preparing baby food
Thanks. I wasn't sure if it made a difference if it was pureed or not (though I don't see why it would).

Re: Question about preparing baby food
Sure you "can" put them in the fridge until tomorrow, but it will be slightly a different consistency. As long as your LO won't mind it, it's fine. My DD could tell the difference and wouldn't eat it, but maybe I did something wrong at the time.
