Question about red cheeks when teething
If your DC got red rashy cheeks when teething, how long after they got that did they actually get a tooth?
DD's cheeks are sooooooooooo red- and it seems like the insides of her cheeks are swollen. I'm just wondering how close that first tooth is!

DD would get a small circle rash on her hand each time and it was usually within 2 weeks that I saw some white and poppage...

Mine has rosy, chapped cheeks too but I thought it was from his hands always being in his mouth so now his drool is always on his face.

Dd would get red and blotchy all over her cheeks and she also had a red ring around her mouth. Her skin is so sensitive. She cut a tooth the following week and then the rash in her face along with the one on her butt, went away!

Lucas' chin gets red when he has a lot of drool. Aquaphor is great for helping it.

He has been getting the rosy cheeks on an off for about a month now and the tooth still hasn't cut through.

Thanks everyone!
The rash is all over her chin now too, as well as still on her cheeks. She was up so late last night and had a hard time going to sleep- so I'm thinking a tooth might be on its way.

DD has had it on and off for about 1 1/2 months - still no teeth though. Her ped said to ignore it and just put a little cetaphil lotion.

Jack has really rosy cheeks now also - one of his top teeth are on the way. I'm hoping sooner rather then later!
