question about returning car seats
Would BRU take back a car seat if the box is opened? Im just wondering because if I buy their convertible car seats and for some reason don't like them once they are in my car, I'd like to know I can just exchange them for another.

Re: question about returning car seats
BRU will let you try out a floor model in your car before you buy if you want. So will BBB.

Re: question about returning car seats
So that's the only option they offer? They wouldn't let me exchange?

ITA. My experience with BRU (and most big chains) is that the policy changes from store to store. One place may say yes, one place may say no. I was always under the assumption they don't take back car seats once they're open. That's why they allow you to try them out at the store.

Re: question about returning car seats
BRU's policy changes day to day, store to store, hour by hour.
If the seat is still in new condition with tags on it and stuff? I think you'll have an easier time than trying to return a seat that has obviously been used and has no defect.
I would still recommend you try the seats out before you buy them, save yourself some hassle.
