Question about veal cutlets
i'm new at cooking so please bear with me.
I don't like to fry anything...trying to be healthy...i een put my breaded chicken cutlets in the oven and bake them... Can i do the same with Veal cutlets? They are very thin veal cutlets...can i bread them and bake them? If yes, then at what temp and for how long? How do i know when they are done? Thanks

Re: Question about veal cutlets
personally I wouldn't try to "fry-bake" them ... they go from "like butter" to "rubber" in an instant.
I would either fry them on the stove (use a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan or i would make them with some sort of sauce (like veal milenese, veal franchese - although for those recipes they are usually fried lightly using a dusting of flour so ...)
I don't know how else you would cook cutlets without making them rubbery, which veal does so quickly.
