Question about weaning... maybe TMI
I'm weaning Nicholas. Yesterday was the first day with zero feedings. Before that, I was feeding him just once in the morning.
Today I'm feeling one of my breasts full of milk (wondering why just one ). Should I pump or will it go away?
I'm afraid I'm going to get a clogged duct because I got many of those while I was brestfeeding.
TIA

I would probably just pump for like 30 seconds to get rid of that full feeling and then see what happens tomorrow.

They say you should pump just long enough to get rid of the pain so you don't risk getting an infection but also don't encourage the milk to continue coming in either.
