Question about wine going bad!
DH and I just opened a new bottle of wine (that I bought yesterday) and it smelled awful (sulphury kind of smell). It was a wine we often have in the house (Pindar Winter White). Has that ever happened to anyone?

it's bad. Take it back and get your money back. It sounds like it wasn't stored right or the cork wasn't right. (does Pindar still use corks?)

Yes, it was corked. DH just ran out and picked up a couple of new bottles (of different wine). Definitely no smell now!

some whites have gone with a regular screw cap like Ferrari Carano. I'm not sure I like it.
Glad you got different wine.
