Yes...We are flying instead (got good airfare) for the summer....We also do less running around on the weekend & spend more time at the house

Traveling - no, but we never really travel in the summer.
We are boaters - so that will not change even though the price of putting gas in our boat will probably kill us - but we won't change anything that we did from last year

We drive to shelter island every weekend over the summer, we are considering taking the train this year, but still dont know if it we save at all.
-its about a hour and half drive there and the same back

We still are taking vacations and stuff, but we are being a little more selective about where we go on the weekends. Typically we are in the car almost every weekend going to LI, PA (from CT) or somewhere else to visit friends and family all year long. But we're trying to spend more time at home - this is partially because we feel like we are never here and it drives us nuts, partially because we have a baby on the way, and partially because of the gas prices.

Yes. I am no longer going out like I used to when I run errands. I condense everything.
I am also going to only work a few hours a week condensed in 2 days and stop working during the week. The cost of gas, daycare, etc... is going our of hand and it's just not worse it for me to work so many days.

I actually think we are driving more this summer. 
We are driving down to NC the first week of June for a vacation... should be interesting to see how much gas will cost for that round trip!

I don't really drive any differently in the summer than I do the rest of the year. I have been trying to cut back in general though.

Yes.. we usually go upstate with the camper (which is big so it causes our truck to inhale fuel) for a weekend or so here and there.. but since diesel fuel costs close to $5.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a gallon we won't be making any of those trips this summer

yes.
usually I drive up to NY, totally limiting that and flew last time I went up.
My sister goes to college in the mountains(2 hours away)...I still go, but not as much.
Leo was going to drive to Montana this summer to meet up with my family, but gas would have been outrageous.

Nope. I don't travel much. I drive a LOT for work.
I don't think the high price of flights would stop us from anything we're flying for, and for the few day trips we hope to make, it won't make THAT much of a difference.

We are traveling but are mostly flying. We have 3 weddings out of state and 2 extended family vacations. Yes, gas money is rediculous...but you only live once. Vacations make wonderful memories.

We don't travel that much, but yes, we are changing some things. I have an SUV and DH has a pick-up. He uses his truck only to go to work and the firehouse, which is right up the block, because his truck gets horrible gas mileage. When I have errands to do, I try to map out the best route and condense the errands so I'm not driving all over the place.
