Question for CBEFM users

Do you BD on your high days? I got my firrst high day today (CD9) and I didn't know if we should BD. I wasn't expecting a high day until CD 11 or CD 12 because I usually O on CD 14 or 15.

What do you think?

Re: Question for CBEFM users

How long have you been using your CBEFM?

If you usually O on CD 15, you'd get peak days on CD 14 and CD 15.

I would try to BD on your last high day (CD 13).

Obviously it would change if you O'd on CD 14 - peak would be CD 13 and 14, then your last high day would be CD 12.

If you've been using the CBEFM for a few months, then you should only get between 1-5 high days. So you may have high days from CD 9-13, then peak on 14 and 15.

You can always check the sticks because usually you'll see that the two lines are getting darker and darker as you approach O - just like on an OPK.

I have been using CBEFM for 3 months. The number of high days varies per month. Good point about checking the sticks!

Re: Question for CBEFM users

I got lots of high days last month...I have a feeling I'm going to O later this month though. So for me to predict my last high day before my peak might be tough!Chat Icon

I guess the BD every other day during high days is what we'll do - thanks for the suggestion!Chat Icon

You can always look at the sticks once you take them out of the CBEFM. They will show 2 lines similar to an OPK.
