CBEFM users...question?
This is my first cycle using CBEFM. CD6 started POAS as it asked. I've already received my 2 high days, 2 peak days, 1 high & now back to low.
My question is...it's still telling me to POAS...is that normal? I would have thought that at least by my 2nd low day after the peak & high it would be done, but it's still telling me to POAS...
Confused & watching my dollars pee away each morning...

I never had that happen to me before. I POAS days 9 through the last high day. After that I don't have to.

Its probably still asking you since this is the first month you are using it, once it goes back to low you don't need to POAS anymore

So are you saying you've already done your 10 sticks? Yeah I think they do say you can use up to 20 sticks in a month if it asks you to.
Dollars peeing away... I feel exactly the same!

Until it "figures out" your cycle it will have you testing more than other months. If it detects that you have long cycles, like I have, you will burn through sticks like crazy. Your cycle will determine how many sticks you go through so don't count on using just 10 in a given cycle, it could be waaaay more. It was always more for me and it adds up!!

I mentioned this in another post, but in actuality, you can stop POAS after your first PEAK day.
Once you get your first peak, you will automatically get a second peak and a high day following that.
I always stop after that first one since the rest will definitely come anyway. No need to waste those precious sticks!

Oh I must have totally missed that post. Thanks so much for posting it here.
It makes complete sense.... I couldn't understand why I had to continue POAS after receiving my peak.
