Question for girls on Lovenox or Heparin
I know that Lovenox does not cross the placenta, but everytime I give myself an injection, I feel the baby kick me fairly intensely about 30 seconds or so afterwards (maybe 60 seconds, I never timed it). I am hoping she is just reacting to my heartbeat or something else. But it makes me nervous that the drug is getting to her.
Anyone else go through this? Any thoughts?

I do not feel this baby yet, but with my daughter, I do not remember any correlation.

I was on lovenox and then heparin. I doubt that the baby is kicking because of the drug, it most likely is because your heartrate is elevated and the baby can feel that you are anxious.

I agree-I don't remember any extra activity after the shots with DD (though this round it is too early).

I never felt anything extra from the babies when I did the injections.
