question for hiring managers

where do you find the best job applicants? We go through so many resumes and interviews each time my job hires, and I was just curious what the best ways to find intelligent, educated, hardworking office staff are?

Thanks!

question for hiring managers

We actually almost solely recruit through craigslist, believe it or not. It's what the doctor prefers, we actually get a lot of resumes and have hired a number of good employees through it (myself included).

Wow, I'm shocked.

I thought that site attracted nothing but crazies who also can't read the job requirements.

I had a HS grad call me once to say they were applying for a Masters SOCIAL WORK position and were requesting $80k to start.

question for hiring managers

we reached out to the local college which took a bit of time, but we did get a couple good resumes.
and we have a couple of people coming in from personal recommendations.

I guess we just had to be a bit patient Chat Icon

Thanks everyone!

Business Schools, Career Centers at Colleges - but I don't get a lot that way. I find that referrals help a lot.
