Question for Summer Infant Handheld Video Monitor Users please
Hi...sorry really dumb question from new Mommy here. Just took my video monitor out of the box. It says to charge it for a good 12 to 16 hrs before using the handhelp piece to proglong the battery life. OK here's the dumb question...I plugged it in...nothing is lit up telling me it's charging. Do I just assume since it's plugged in it's getting charged? Sorry...just want to make sure I'm doing it right. Also when you use it at night in your room...do you keep it plugged in then? Meaning when not walking around the house with it unplugged...do I just keep it plugged in? Sorry for the dumb questions.... TIA!!!

I'm not by it now, but I think when its off, there is no way to know its charging.
When you turn it on and charge it, the screen stays on.
To be honest, I turned it on, plugged it in, then turned it off, and I think I didn't even wait the full 12 hours. Other than messing with our wirelsss internet, it works great

there's no "charing" indicator - if it's plugged in, it's charging.

yup, no light!
After 12 hours, turn it on and it will show you the battery life.
