I only work 12 hrs a week so I can answer this. Not often. I usually wait until DH comes home if I have to run out for something.

I work pt (15-25 hrs/week)
So im not a SAHM per say- but Im home ALOT!!!
I really do not go out w/o DS- I feel so guilty about working period that when Im not- I do not wanna leave him!
DH and I go out for dinner every Friday (almost) and my IL's have "their time" with DS and do dinner and baths with him...
Other than that- during the week- I might grab coffee or something with a friend.. but thats usually after DS has gone to bed or something...

same here unless I have a Dr appt after DH gets home from work
I do go out to dinner with the girls for a bookclub once a month/month&half

Not that often but I have 3. When I had one, I was able to do it about 1 or 2x a week if I wanted.
Same here, unless we go out after 8 pm.  
I work part-time, so I'm out of the house by "myself" at least 15 hours a week.

Just when my DH is home like 3 days per week. Usually its grocery shopping, post office, CVS, things like that. Otherwise, DS is with me even if we go to my parents house. I never really have time to myself and at first it was really hard but, now I am really use to it. Can't wait for the warm weather so DS and I can start walking to town together or go for walks.

Pretty much never.. my DH has Monday off so if I have a Drs appt or something I schedule it for that day.... honestly, I feel so weird when I don't have my kids with me, like something is missing

Pretty much never.
We are usually always together on the weekends.
I'd say a couple of times a MONTH.

Two or three times a week I go out either grocery shopping or just to local stores after DH gets home. Who ever knew running errands would be so liberating?
