Re: Question for those that have rented halls?

I called a bunch of places while planning the Christening. I found most were between $400-$600 (VFWs, Amer Legions and Firehouses).

These prices I put were just for the hall and a few little things, no food or alcohol.......those were usually done pp or run a bar tab and pay at the end of the night (from the places that I called, don't know about all places).

We booked a local firehouse that has a nice room upstairs (for 120pp)....we are paying $550 which includes juice and soda, unlimited ice, garbage bags, set up, clean up, and two bartenders.

I figured. That would end up cheaper than going to a restaurant. Thank you Chat Icon

Wow, what a great deal. If you don't mind me asking, which firehouse are you using?
