Question for those who go to Complete Women's Healthcare
Do they do hospital pre-registration? I went to a different practice for my last pregnancy and they did and it was so wonderfully convenient! I'm hoping they do it here as well!

yes - I received my package to fill out at my 24w appointment along with the drink for the glucose test.
I have to return the forms at my next appointment (glucose test)

YES!!! And you go back to their office to do the bloodwork - last pregnancy I had to go to a lab.
