Question for those who had pregnancy acne

So I never had really bad skin until this pregnancy and then my face, neck, shoulders and even my back have broken out. Now I am three weeks post partum and I have not noticed any improvement in my skin.

How long after you delivered did your skin start to clear up? Mine is horrible. I don't even want to take that many pics with my DD without making sure I have makeup on and my hair covers my neck or I am wearing a turtleneck

It took me about two months to really clear up. I never had the best skin to begin with. But, pp I got these HUGE blemishes that have now left red marks on my face . Other than those marks, which are flat, just red, my skin is pretty clear and I am 16 weeks pp.
