Question for those who use Dr. Brown's bottles....
Which ones are better....wide neck or standard? Is there a difference or is it really just preference?

I use the standard ones.... I never even noticed that they had wide-necks ones until I had been using the standard ones for 4 weeks. I think it's just a matter of preference, they should work the same.

I use the Wide ones. They fit in my side pockets of my diaper bag better then the longer ones. Also I used avent before them so I think I was just used to the size and shape so I already had a preference for the stubbier sized bottles.

Re: Question for those who use Dr. Brown's bottles....
At my baby shower, I received all sizes of the Dr. Brown's bottles, so I kept them all. Now I realize that the little 4 oz bottles are useless, since Jared drinks 5-6 oz.

I know that the regular ones fit into the medela breast pump and the short ones don't, so I'll be going with those once my baby is born so I can pump into the bottles and use them for short-term storage.

I have the standard ones, I dont think there is a difference between the standard and wide. I agree with stefanie... the 4 oz small bottles are useless, Logan used them for a few weeks then I had to upgrade to the 8 oz bottles..

We use the standard. Our 4 oz bottles are useless now as well. However, every once in a while we break one out if we need to "top" one of kids off before bed.

I think they're same, just preference. Jake prefers the wide neck ones.

Re: Question for those who use Dr. Brown's bottles....
the lady at the store told me that wide neck ones are better for breatsfed babies to transition so thats what i used but I dont know if thats true or not but Bryan seems to like them.
