Question from a lurker...

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS to all the new BFPs... and here's for even more.

I'm a lurker, and I'm not TTC, but I do like to read your stories - they're really inspiring and I think it's amazing how you all are there for one another!

But, I digress... What do you mean by BETA? I've gotten that higher numbers are good, but what exactly do they measure? I always get so confused!

A beta is basically a blood pg test that measures hcg, a hormone in your body that indicates pregnancy.
