Im very confused, I know the Dr. said when i introduce a new food example Peas I have to feed it to the baby 3 days in a row to make sure for alleges. But do i feed it 3 times a Day Breakfast Lunch and Dinner ?? Poor kid LOL

I've introduced new foods one meal of the day Friday, Saturday, Sunday (so if there is a reaction, it's when she's home as opposed to at day care).

I did not feed DD the new food for each meal (3x a day) I just gave the new food 1x a day for three days. HTH.

I did not feed DD the new food for each meal (3x a day) I just gave the new food 1x a day for three days. HTH.
same here..i went up to two meals after a month of one meal a day! 3 days each of a new food

Really that sounds better i would even do two meals of the day sounds okay but i felt bad giving peas for breakfast.. ( he didnt seem happy)
