Question regarding an IUI
Good Morning!
Tomorrow I am going for an IUI. I have a question; I detected Serge this morning with the Clear Blue easy test. Now my Dr, was pretty sure it would be today or tomorrow…..so he was right on the money. For those girls that have an IUI did you detect it the day before your IUI or the day of? I am just scared we will miss it……

I had an iui last month. i didn't use my monitor that month, i just let the doctors detect it. i went in on a monday and hadn't ovulated, but they said i was surging so they set up the iui for tuesday. when i went in on tuesday i had in fact ovulated.
anyway your timing sounds good. they might even do two days for you depending if you ovulated or not.

For my last IUI , the one that got me PG, the doc took a sonogram on day 11 and saw my follicle. He thought for sure I would have gotten a positive on my OPK that morning judging by the size of it but I didnt. He did have me come in the next morning for an IUI anyway and another doctor who did the sono after said I hadnt ovulated yet. So I was told to come back the next day. After that IUI the doc did ANOTHER sono and it seems I ovulated right between the two IUIs.
