Question/Situation: Re: work

I work in a sales type enviorment....meaning commission is also part of my salary.

So its important what I bring in month to month.

I tend to get referrals due to my service which is great.

Situation I am in is that, since I am pg...I have doc appts and being that Its close...I come in a tad later (thanks to my great boss)...but Im stilll WORKING!

I was told this am that I was given a referrral but since I wasnt here, my coworker, she took the info and sale...claiming he didnt want to wait and wanted to talk to anyone after asking for me.

Now, I have been in the same place where she has gotten referrals and If she isnt here, I kindly help and forward info to her.

So, TELL ME WHY I SHOULDN'T BE PIZZED cause I AM!

ETA: Please dont quote me.

Re: Question/Situation: Re: work

I would definately be upset Debbie! You would think that even though you were not there, she would do the same as you have in the past. Unfortunately there are a lot of people in this world that are just money hungry & will do anything to make a buck (even if it means taking their coworkers commission).

Re: Question/Situation: Re: work

YUP, this means WAR!

Apparently she told me this and was honest about it and that we were going to lose it to another agency had she not helped him and supposedly told my boss about it. Chat Icon

Booooooo to the co-worker. Plus she just shot herself in the foot. Does she honestly think that you will continue to be nice and let her keep her referrals?

I cant stand GREEDY people!!
Im so pee'd!
Im taking it to my boss since she was "ok" with this.

You think that me taking 6wks soon would be ENOUGH since she knows that anything coming in is hers!

Re: Question/Situation: Re: work

id be major ******.

can you split it? we split commissions if someone is out and we are handling thier client. That would be fair

Otherwise, its annoying and make it clear that it should not happen again.

Re: Question/Situation: Re: work

Chuleta..good idea but its not worth it!
uh....its a joke what we get for 1/2 of what we do.

Its how much I bring in that helps me out so that would of been EXTRA $$$ esp since I am going to gone and going to be losing 2 months of commission!

Kill 'em with kindness and revenge will come!
