Questions about 30 Day Shred...
I would like to get this, but have some questions...
-how much room do you need? We are coming up to NY this summer and staying in a basement apartment so space is tight and ceilings are low!
-how many different sets of weights do you need and what weights?
-where are the best prices and is it in stock anywhere anymore?

you really don't need a lot of room....if you can do lunges to the front, back and sides you should be ok...
I have been using 5 lb weights for almost 2 months and it's still hard....
you can get it on amazon.com..

I do it in my living room. You don't need a lot of space, like johnsae mentioned- enough for lunges and to spread your arms out for jumping jacks.
I use 3lb weights.
