Re: questions about fertility friend chart...

Some charts don't give you any indication whatsoever, and some do, but it still doesn't mean much. Having said that, by 9DPO, you may be able to see something. "Classic signs" are a dip below the coverline (which can be pretty much as early as 6DPO to 10 or 11DPO), and sky rocketing temps. Being that it's your first official month of charting, it may be difficult since you don't have any comparison, but if you want to post your chart, we'd be happy to help you analyze Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I agree with SC. If anything by 9 dpo you may be feeling some physical symptoms(*stuffy nose, constipation, sore boobs, slight cramping, increased cm)

im thinking it might be too early to tell anything... but here is mine--- i was using the OPK and tested positive on friday the 16th - the same thing the chart said!!! if anyone has any feedback that would be great -- even if it doesnt look promising -- id like to learn how to interpret them!

ETA my cycles are normally 29 days

Re: questions about fertility friend chart...

if your temps keep rising it's a very good sign! hard to tell if this is normal for you since it's your first month charting. good luck!Chat Icon

Re: questions about fertility friend chart...

If you tested positive on the 16th, you likely didn't O until at least the 17th- so don't be discouraged if you test negative on an early HPT....

Re: questions about fertility friend chart...

What is the range of times you are temping? I just noticed a few open circles on your chart - which indicates your not charting at the same time each day which is really important for an accurate analysis.
I had a problem with this b/c, during my 2WW, I was so anxious, I wasn't sleeping through the night. Chat Icon

Re: questions about fertility friend chart...

Your chart does not give you a clear O day...FF could not detect it because you did not have a temp rise....

you got those dotted lines because you indicated a positive OPK on CD16 Friday...the line must be solid in order to have a clear O day...also, your temps look eratic..are you taking them the same way each time??

Based on your chart it is hard to tell which day you ovulated but you BD a lot so you should be covered........

That does make a big difference. I would def. try to set your alarm for your temp time on the weekends. 90-minutes, for me, would mean a much higher temp.

I take my temp every morning at 6:30. on the weekends and days i can sleep in i still wake up take my temp and then go right back to sleep. your thermometer should store your last temp so you can look at it when you wake up later
