Questions for mom's that have 2 under 2
I'm starting to TTC#2 and if I succeed within 6 months I will have 2 under 2.
Do any of you work FT or PT? I'm considering going PT but not sure if financially we can with 2. But I'm not sure I can work FT and take care of 2. Oy vey

I had 2 under 2 for about a month I am a SAHM though. It was rough for us to adjust financially when I first stopped working, so we had to give up some of the things we were accustomed to but I think it is worth it to have your kids so close together. They will be little buddies.

I was a SAHM. But my cousin had 2 under 2 and worked FT. She and her DH were tired but they managed.

#2 was unexpected, so now I have 2 under 2, it made more $$$ sense for me to stay home. We have no family here in ct that could watch the girls or at least one of them to save on daycare costs.

I freelance, and I'm hoping to pick up more so that it is considered PT status. Daycare wasn't an option because the cost wasn't worth it versus my salary. Freelance I can do on my own time so I don't have to pay for a sitter.

Re: Questions for mom's that have 2 under 2
My boys are 21 months apart and I worked FT since #2 was 9 weeks old. My 2yr old is in daycare and my 6 month old is with my ILS or DH. Early on I made it clear to DH that I needed him to be more involved and help out around the house more. It was tough juggling both in the beginning but we have a routine now.
ETA: DH has his own law practice, so he has some flexibility in his schedule. And I also have some flexibility with my job. I leave most days bet 5:30- 6pm, but I will work from home after the boys have gone to bed if I need to.
