Re: Questions for parents whose Dc takes 1 nap.

DD is 23 months old.
She's been taking 1 nap since about 17 months old.
She gets up around 8-8:30
Nap is usually around 1 until about 4.
She goes to bed around 9-9:30.
(I am really pushing this schedule; everything used to be about an hour later but I really needed to get it earlier.)

Re: Questions for parents whose Dc takes 1 nap.

My DS is 22 months and he has been taking 1 nap for about 10 months.

He goes down around 12:45-1pm and gets up by 3pm. If he doesn't wake on his own, I get him up by then otherwise he's not going to sleep at any decent time.

He gets up around 7:30am and goes to sleep around 8pm. With the warmer/play outdoors weather coming, I expect that he will probably be needing a longer nap or earlier bedtime from more exercise and fresh air.

Re: Questions for parents whose Dc takes 1 nap.

Ds is almost 17 months and has been taking only one nap consistemtly for a month or so- I think maybe there was one day he still took two. He wakes between 7:30-8:30 and has breakfast. Then he will usually stay up until lunchtime, at noon, and then go down for a nap for 1.5-2 hours. Then we play a little, have a snack around 3:30, dinner at 6:30 and in bed by 7:30. Once in a while if he seems really tired in the am, he'll go down around 11am and have lunch when he wakes up.
