questions for REAs
I know there was a thread on this, but searched and searched and couldn't find it.
What are some questions to ask REA when interviewing to sell your house?

Other than the obvious like their commission %, this is what we were concerned with:
~ Is RE their full-time job? If not, how flexible are they when it comes to showings? If someone calls and can only see the house at 1pm, is that going to be a problem for them? Our REA worked with a partner so one of them was always available since neither of them did RE full-time.
~ What is their view of Open Houses? Will they do one ASAP, or will they let the house sit on MLSLI for a little while? We listed on a Wednesday, was on MLSLI Thursday morning, had the Brokers Open House on Friday and a public Open House that weekend. These ladies moved!
~ Since you guys are still living there, how much notice will you have before showings? (Not something they can 100% control, but a little notice is nice).
