Quick crockpot question
I changed my mind and made beef stronganoff in the crockpot today instead of what I planned this week. Here is my question, I am using a McCormick mix, it says to cook at low 8 hours then add sour cream for 10 minutes at low in the end, can I do this and then switch it to keep warm? I do not have an automatic timer on it. Will it stay just as fresh, or wait till the last minute and then do what they say to do? I am so confused. Yikes!

Re: Quick crockpot question
Wait and add it 10 minutes before. Can't leave sour cream in crockpot too long.
